So here it is after over 20 years and thousands of members the Fountain Lake Sportsmen's Club finally has a presence in cyberspace! Over the years there have been many changes to the club membership,leadership heck even meeting time and place but one thing has remained constant.The drive to promote healthy lakes and fishing in and around Albert Lea.Being a new member I can't comment on the past so I will focus on the future and believe me the future is bright but even with that focus rest assured that the core values of the club Conservation.Community.Sportsmanship will not go by the wayside I am counting on those members that have been around much longer than I have to help me by telling me what has been done in the past what worked and what didn't I am also counting on those same members to please be patient and willing to consider some of the ideas that will be coming out over the next few months.While not a leader of the club I have a strong desire to see its' continued success and growth...but not at the expense of losing sight of what's important Conservation.Community.Sportsmanship.Thats all for this week stay tuned for more
