Yesterday I received an email from the DNR requesting an update of club info (President,mailing address,pone number etc..) I was happy to send the info along and thanked them for their contact. TodayI received anothe r email requesting information about how many volunteers have spent time doing natural resource related projects.I replied by letting them know I forwarded the email to the President as he would have better info than I. I also set up a direct email address for him to use for club related activities. If any club member would like an @fountainlakesportsmensclub.org email address just let me know lance@fountainlakesportsmensclub.org and I will gladly set it up for you. We do have webmail so you can check your FLSC email from the library or a friend/relatives computer if you don't have one of your own (how are you reading this if you don't have access to a computer ?) I guess my point is we have this resource to use and I would like to maximize its' effectiveness. I would like to compile a list of email addresses so we can communicate easier. You could receive this Blog by email, get notified of upcoming events faster (and easier for the notifier ) if we had email list. Please consider it. People are starting to find us on the web,lets use it to our advantage.
